The founder and Principal Coach of Ray Management Group, Beverly Ray George, is a Certified Leadership Coach and Trainer & Certified Life Coach specializing in personal and professional Progression Coaching. Beverly uses cognitive-behavioral coaching practices and the International Coach Federation coaching model to ask appropriate questions and administer practical exercises. By the end of a coaching session, clients can expect to have exposed deep-rooted core beliefs and behaviors that lead to self-sabotage, stagnation & negative performance in their lives and have actionable steps to move past those blocks.

Before starting RMG, Beverly served in the United States Air Force and transitioned to the corporate sector, serving in many roles at all organizational levels, including Director, Technology, and Support. She has over 20 years of professional leadership development and coaching experience, successfully helping people reach personal and professional goals and elevating the leadership capacity for many organizations, including several Fortune 500 companies.
