Working for her was a master class on leadership, professional transparency, and business process development. For me, she was a true advocate for professional and personal development and, on numerous occasions, facilitated opportunities for growth I would not have otherwise been afforded. Bev is also one of the most selfless leaders I have encountered in my career; always providing space and autonomy for emerging talent to rise and soar. I can directly attribute much of the trajectory of my career path to the principles and insights I gained while working for Beverly George.
